Hymenoplasty
Regain your virginity and chastity with hymenoplasty procedure. Also called as hymenorrhaphy, hymen restoration or reconstruction, revirgination and hymen repair, hymenoplasty is the process of re-establishing the intactness of the torn hymen regaining the virginity in a woman. A hymen is a thin membrane that acts as a gateway to the vagina and may get torn during the first intercourse or due to any other unknown reasons. The hymen can also get torn as a result of injury due to vigorous physical exercise or use of tampons.
Mostly women prefer to maintain the integrity of the hymen by surgical hymen reconstruction due to cultural and religious reasons to prove their virginity and chastity. They prefer to experience vaginal bleeding with an intact hymen during their intercourse. The surgical procedure involved in hymen reconstruction is very simple and involves the use of dissolvable sutures which leave minimal or no traces in the body of the woman. Various procedures such as flap technique, surgical adhesion and luminal reduction are carried out depending on the anatomy and severity of the tear.
The surgery is carried pout as a safe and simple day care procedure either under local or general anaesthesia depending on the anxiety of the patient. During the recovery period, mild discomfort can be experienced, which can be treated through pain killers. Generally, after a period of one to two weeks, the signs of wound swelling and discomfort subside, and after a period of two months, a patient can heal completely having a hymen which looks intact naturally leaving no traces of suture or scar marks.
